Re: Fictional deaths/distresses

Most of the time I'm exactly the same way. It's not so much the one character's death that gets to me, it's the way the other characters react to the death.

But then the exceptions, Fullmetal Alchemist and book 7 of Harry Potter. Every time. Deathly Hallows especially- it's like, I spent so long being invested in these characters and then they just drop like flies, OMGWTFJKR! And then somehow FMA manages to be just as brutal from the get-go, especially the first anime. ;__;
