So I started with the tv tropes page for Flat Earth Athiest, which linked me to Nay Theist (knows god/s exist, doesn't worship them). From there, I got a few suggestions for terms that won't make people look at you like you're crazy:

Misotheism, "hatred of the gods", stemming from the belief that gods denied worship suffer. You believe in a god's existence but don't worship them.

Dystheism, the belief in a god that is not wholly good.
