Re: Pairings you don't ship but love reading porn of?

Not necessarily for the porn (although I enjoyed that aspect, too) but more often for how they got from point a to point b (point b being the porn - or, in more PG fic, just the HEA with the porn to come merely implied,) Snape/Harry. For some reason, that ship produced some amazingly rich and satisfying fic. I've been in a lot of big fandoms, had a lot of OTPs, including some juggernauts, but rarely have I seen fic as good as the best Snape/Harry.

Maybe my taste has changed, or the writers I particularly liked moved on, because I hardly ever find that the new fics being written and recced hit the sweet spot for me. But every once in a while, I have a yen for it and I'll try again and then am sad when I'm disappointed.
