Did you miss the fact that it wasn't Bond actually admitting he'd had gay sex? If you need it explained to you, you're a perfect fit for the 00Q fans.

Honey, have you heard of men fucking with one another without your slash brain going into overdrive? It was Silva pushing Bond into what he had hoped as an uncomfortable zone, to display dominance. Bond just flipped it on him with coolness to prove that it wouldn't work and he knew what he was doing and it was the end of that tactic.

Srsly, not everything has to pander to such base desires.

No, it can't. Sam Mendes and Daniel Craig both were shocked to find that there were people who thought Bond was actually confessing to having had sex with another man. Sam Mendes has said he would have left that part out of the movie if he thought people were stupid enough to take it literally. Daniel Craig said something along the lines of people like that shouldn't watch James Bond movies because they'll always be disappointed.

That's weird, considering not too many years ago Daniel Craig expressed support in an interview of playing a bisexual James Bond, and having a "Bond Boy" instead of a "Bond Girl" someday in a movie.

Well, in the context of Silva threatening him with rape, no, I don't think Bond saying that could be interpreted that way. It was a straight volley shot meant to disarm Silva.

I'm all for slash goggles but I only apply them in the proper contexts.
