For me it's the psychology behind it. Maybe we could call it mental voyeurism? If I don't explicitly know what someone is thinking or visualizing and how it makes them feel (emotionally) while they're doing it (like in a story), then I like to imagine what I think it is that's going on in their head at the time. The actual physical voyeuristic enjoyment is non-existent for me most of the time.
