I know plenty of guys who pick the female option in games, often MMOs and stuff like League of Legends. So it's not even a case of us sucking it up and dealing, it's a case of the option not being available. We'd take it if it was. Plenty of us would. Anyone who says that guys wouldn't play as or identify with a female PC is full of shit.

Also, I'm a shallow person when it comes to my games and when I pick a silent protagonist I go solely on which design I find cooler, and I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one.
