(Anonymous) 2012-12-11 03:12 am (UTC)(link)I think you did well here. No matter what valid problems your friend has, she can't nor shouldn't hold you emotionally hostage like this and guilt-trip you with her life or death.
Calling for help (like the police) if she threatens to kill herself is pretty much the most you can do as her friend in the context of this relationship. She's not in a good place, so she can't understand this, but you do and that's what matters.
