Stiles' Father dying is going to, as Buffy would say: "... Suck, beyond the telling of it." Yes, I *know* Stiles is a fictional character, but, I also know, from personal experience, that having a parent die, can destroy a person. No matter how strong they, or anyone else, think(s) they are. Since my Mom died, I constantly worry about just how long my Dad has left. And really, I wish there was something I could do about feeling that way, I just don't see what or how. If the writer's do kill-off Stiles' Dad, I don't know how, of if, I will handle it. SN: I don't *want* to be able to relate to Stiles in this regard, though I suppose, being a male I'm supposed to suck it up, and be a man about it. I can't. I think, from wherever he ends up in the end, my Dad will probably understand when I cry my eyes out fir months over his eventual passing. Damn fandom, for making me do a mini-"work through" of my emotional fears of losing the only parent I've got left... on t3h interwebz
