Well... not necessarily the same hair color - that's not always realistic. I don't have the same hair color as either of my parents for example - I ended up with a weird mix between my mother's dirty blonde and the red in my father's beard (literally just in his beard) and I have a cousin who's a redhead when his older brother and one older sister have dark hair, and another has lighter brown hair. And nope, no one's adopted and everyone is a full sibling.

Okay, your anecdote is great, but in this case I'm pretty sure the books repeatedly mentioned that Margaery and Loras look very much alike.
