Name 'em!

My biggest one? Liking the live action Super Mario Bros movie. Which isn't to say that I think it's a masterpiece, god tier written work of art, buuuut... I won't say no to watching it.

I'm generally not ashamed to like what I like, but the one fandom I've ever thought of as a *guilty* pleasure -- one that I didn't want people IRL knowing I watched -- was 7th Heaven. Because it was a terrible show, but I couldn't stop watching all the potential it was squandering.

I like the movies along the veins of Meet the Spartans, Disaster Movie, etc.

Also, sitcoms like According to Jim, and so on.

OTL I am the audience that keeps funding those films and TV shows. I'm so sorry.

Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt. It's so vulgar and half the jokes are terrible and there's a ridiculous amount of pointless fanservice, but I LOVE those girls and I love the episodes and I ship the hell out of Brief and Panty.

Anyway, my biggest guilty pleasure is Negima. The fanservice of middle-school girls is disgusting and I hate to admit I'd even look at something like that, but I love the art and characters and plot. ;_;

The Twilight movies and books. I'm not even that guilty about it; I guess I've rationalized it as an anthropological interest in what certain people have responded to in it, and in how blatantly Stephenie Meyer went out there and expressed everything about herself, but even aside from that I love the cheesy crappy special effects good music having aspect of it.

I like several of the movies featured on MST3K on their own merits. I know they're all pretty horrible and they deserve all of the riffing they get (if not more), but sometimes you can tell that the actors were having fun with it and trying their best, even if they weren't very good at it at all.

I also like both Final Fantasy X and X-2 and some aspects of Star Fox Adventure.

Reading-wise, the Monster High books are so terrible in every way that I can't help but love them.

When I was younger, I used to watch Indian and Indonesian dramas with my maid, even though I have no idea what the characters are saying.

The live action Mortal Kombat movies. Though it's been forever, same with the live action Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movies. Those were my childhood. Also, I love The Fast and The Furious movies. IDEC, they're pretty.

Oh man. I keep telling myself that I watch it ironically, but I must've seen Van Helsing about million times by now. It's just... the accents, the stupid exploding carriage, the brides, the history and time line fail. It's too much.

And Richard Roxburgh kills me every. single. time.

Depends on your definition of guilty pleasure...

I actually like the Elektra movie? And all Resident Evil films, and all PoTC and Oceans films. Actually I enjoy sequels and so on in basically everything. Oh and films with plots around sports no matter which sport really, Stick It is awesome and I will defend it with my honour!

And we watched Shark 3 in the Shit Stream on Saturday, and I actually liked that movie. I just love films that are so bad that they get good again, in a not ironic way.

I also love The Big Bang Theory and Grey's Anatomy, to the degree of them being two of my all time favourite shows.

The bad Don Bluth movies, like Pebble and the Penguin and Thumbelina. Also a few of the Land Before Time sequels. Adult me knows they're bad, but I still love them.

I still listen to ICP and Twiztid every once in a while. And I still like Linkin Park -- I'm actually amazed at how much they've matured.

Inuyasha manga, the release in omnibus editions. With unflipped art, color pages, and on the nice paper. Whenever I have a coupon, I pick up the next one.

I can't even claim it's for nostalgia reasons. I just like the series. It's fun. *is now beet red*

Mine are mostly cartoons and reality tv but:

• Invader Zim oh god the fandom that hasn't grown up
• Totally Spies is lovely and lesyay and /pco/ and paheal agree with me shutup
• Survivor because Jeff Probst is nice
• Legal Drug/Drug & Drop. It's just fanservice and pandering and plot hole cleanup?
• Paula Deen's show, and Sugar/Anna Olson, and Chef Michael's Kitchen, and Good Eats, and Sweet Genius, and food on tv

It's not exactly a "guilty" pleasure, but I fucking love Degrassi: The Next Generation, and I've been watching it since I was about 13 or so. (I'm 24 now.)

It's really a terribly-written show with ridiculous characters, but I can't help but love it. It's like a big stupid dog that tries to get your slippers for you in the morning but gets some wires crossed and winds up bringing you a giant pinecone instead. It's just cute and eager in its ridiculousness. It's hard to hate it, for the same reason it's hard to tolerate other similar shows.

As much as I roll my eyes and criticize it, I do it out of love. I would never stop watching this nonsense, nor would I ever want it to *really* change. The stupid shit is why I watch it so much.

The Transformers movies. Yes, the Michael Bay ones.

Every once in a while I'll watch trashy reality TV crap like uh... that Honey Boo Boo Child one, but I typically get sick of it after like two episodes.

Also less ashamed, but, I also watch The Big Bang Theory. Regularly. >.>
