Notes:

- A request to commenters, some secrets may indeed have more details than others, but please excersise respect instead of commenting with 'tl;dr'! Don't have the attention span to read it? Don't read it. ♥ At the same time, secret-makers, try and see if your secrets can be summed up in fewer words, due to this same reason. That's all!

- Obviously I must never be allowed to count on my 5am self to post and queue secret posts. :3;

But free is always better ~

op here

Oh yes, free IS always better. :) like I said in another reply, I don't ever really plan on rewatching an anime after i've seen it, so wasting money on them is retarded. I also don't mind reading manga on my computer and i don't understand what the big problem everyone else has with it. maybe if you have eye problems or something, but what else can be better than getting manga in a language you can understand FOR FREE??? like paying hundreds of dollars for dozens of hardcopies is going to do you any good in a blackout or if you lose your internet or your harddrive takes a shit or wtf ever kind of situation you find yourself in that = you - your computer.

even if everyone in the foreign markets stopped buying anime and manga, it wouldn't stop the stuff from being made. you gotta remember that it all starts in Japan and there is a VERY big market there for it already and THAT IS WHO IT IS BEING MADE FOR. just because you don't buy manga licensed in your home country is not going to put mangakas or animation studios out of job. i mean come on let's just be realistic here.

It can make it harder to get if it's not available in an English market. There are plenty of things that aren't commerically available that I read that the scanlators/fansubbers just drop because they were tired of it. At least if it's commercially available, there is a better chance it won't get dropped (although that has happened too)

With the way they are cracking down on online piracy, not something I wish to involve myself with any more than possible.

On the other hand, I won't crank out money for something to own good DVD quality stuff until I've checked it out first, ala fansubs/fantranslations for free.
