Re: OT question about mainstream erotica

There are some publishers (usually of e-books, although I've seen a couple in print) who specialize in m/m romances and/or erotica. They tend to be about the level of the slightly-above-average slash fiction smut; some are really good, with great character building and dialogue in between all the pretty explicit sex, and some are kind of meh on the other stuff, but still do the explicit sex stuff.

There's also m/m/f stories out there, based on the covers; I haven't read them though. There's definitely BDSM based books too, and significantly fewer f/f or even f/f/m.
