Time limits. I was stuck on writing for weeks, then I signed up for a time-limited challenge. Each fic had to be completed in two hours or less. It's liberating knowing that I can't work on it endlessly, and the readers won't expect me to have caught every little thing in just two hours. And it's motivating to know I've been assigned it and people are expecting it.

I haven't found a way to duplicate the experience on my own, though.
