(Anonymous) 2012-12-19 02:13 am (UTC)(link)Someone called out, and my manager did not call for coverage, because she has avoidance issues. So there was slack! And it had to be picked up! And the schedule was such that there was shit in the form of not enough people working at certain times (e.g. one person working when there really should be two).
That would almost kind of be okay, EXCEPT. My manager gets flustered and freaks out. Even better is that when she gets flustered and freaks out, she projects it all onto someone else! When the story is told of today, she will claim that Somebody Else freaked out, and that all of her mistakes were caused by said person.
It was totally good times.
