Well of course. Gay vampires would be, like, so weird. So would single vampires. Unless they were pining after someone. Obviously.

Stephenie Meyer has said that turning vampire does not change sexual orientation. There's also a fairly obvious (though of course not outright said) lesbian couple in Breaking Dawn.

Well, seeing how Twilight was created by a very religious Mormon... yes. No homosexuals allowed.
