I love it and I won't pretend to dislike it even if some morons whine their little hearts out. It's just a goddamn show, it's not life. Yes, we laugh at everyone on the show. Sometimes the geeks are awesome, sometimes it pays to be more "normal" if that's what you want to label it. But it's just a show. Anyone taking it too seriously really have nothing better to do and are living up to stereotypes about people in the internet. AKA: http://butmyopinionisright.tumblr.com/post/31079561065/the-problem-with-the-big-bang-theory this is totally bullshit and proves my point. Reading through that, I never once felt the way that author did.

So enjoy it. Say you love it. And if someone judges you, they are close-minded and not worth your time.

Indeed. How dare they say that they can look past the flaws and enjoy it, and that others who also enjoy it shouldn't care if people who aren't them dislike it, and use as an example of people disliking it a link which was posted in the thread above by someone saying that this explains why they don't like it. Clearly they are a terrible, terrible person.

TY, BB. ♥ I appreciate you understanding what I was saying. I don't mind if someone says "I don't like this show, it's not my taste". But if someone's going to judge me or dislike me or even whine at me about it, then I get bothered.

I don't want the OP to feel bad or uncomfortable for liking a silly sitcom. That's all.

Thank you for misreading me. I can accept people who don't like the show. We all don't have to like the same thing. But note where I said "judges you" and "taking it too seriously" about non-fans. If someone does that to me, I'm not going to be pleased with them. I'm happy to watch it light-heartedly. I don't take it to heart. It's not perfect but it's something that makes me laugh when I'm tired and need a laugh. And I laugh at/with everyone, not a specific group or person.

You're showing you unpleasant colors all too clearly. This is why non-fans of the show get a bad rep.
