Hey Tyger

I don't really have any expertise on this but I just wanted to say that you're a poster on here that I really like & I wish the best for you right now & I think that it's totally normal to be trepidatious and anxious and afraid and scared of doing something like going to an AA meeting for the first time, and I think your therapist will understand that, and I think you owe it to yourself to tell him about it. And I don't think that there's anything that makes going to a meeting a lie - all that going to a meeting means is that you know you have a problem and you need help, and going on a binge doesn't conflict with that as such. You can be on a binge and know you need help.

Um other than that I just hope that you get whatever help you need and that everything works out for you
