I do know what Giles looks like though and I agree that guy looks nothing like him.

I don't see it

I kind of see it, in his expression. Not a huge resemblance, though. More than looking like Anthony Head, he looks kind of like a cross between Anthony Head and Hugh Laurie, to me.
