Then vote with your wallet, make a difference with where you spend your dollar. Start lifting up other tales from other counties, and cultures. Start supporting people, who write those stories. Make the difference.

It's not going to happen right away, but it will happen eventually.

I don't know why so many are just content to bitch at white writers (I'm assuming they are here), and rely on them completely for 'more diversity'.

Late to the party, but there've been a whole slew of animated films coming out of Africa, Israel, Egypt, and more. These shows are made by and for the countries they're produced in. Support these films. Buy them, spread the word about them.
