Is Disney responsible for the whole world's entertainment? Because other than not having a South/Central American Princess (If you say Kuzco so help me...) The Demographics of their Princess characters are not far off from the real thing as far as 10 people can represent a nation.

Quick count of all Disney animated movies with important human characters: 28 Movies fit that criteria, 12 with PoC characters. That's more than the percent of PoC in the US.

Now if you think Disney is tasked to represent the world: Is anime? Is Korean animation? Are Bollywood Movies? Any nation outside the US, Britain, or Canada really?
