Well, if you have insurance, you should be able to call them for a list of doctors [psychiatrists specifically] that accept your insurance and you are generally able to look them up online and see what patients have said about them on a couple of different sites [google will bring them up if you look up 'psychiatrists in -zip code-'].

If you don't have insurance, you can try going to the local People's Clinic - and even they can't help you, they might be able to point you to someone who can.

Also, *which* BPD are you talking about? There are 2-3 different mental illnesses that have that acronym.

Okay, because most people - at least that I've run across offline - automatically assume BPD = Bipolar Disorder.

Speaking as someone who actually *has* Borderline, if you have it you know it almost always know it even if it isn't a strong case. It *really* effects your life. how you feel towards others [and your relationships with them], etc. So yeah, if you're worried go get checked out but I wouldn't worry too much.
