Yeahhh, I can't afford to spend that much. ouch. maybe when I have kids.

I wouldn't even spend $50 on an SO unless we were like, basically engaged (or married) AND I had the funds.

This year I had to be particularly frugal. I think the most I spent on my family was $12 for my dad's gift. But I do try to get them things I know they'll really like, and that's literally all the money I had to spend this year. (As in, I am now out. I basically have a small pile of coins. Yeah, I didn't get any hours this break...I'm looking into getting some more work...)
