19. :/ I really have to disagree. I wouldn't say it's more misogynistic than the real world, but I've encountered too much "female=inferior" thinking in fandom to say that it's much better. Some people do just look for things to be upset about, but it's ridiculous to say that the "yaoi fantards" who hate female characters just for existing aren't at least a little motivated by the misogyny that is still a huge problem in the world.
