I cried happy tears at that. (I figured she would just come right back, this being a story loosely based on Snow White.) Nevertheless, tears!

I love Pretear so much, though. I found the entire series on DVD for $20 recently, and I am SO happy about that. :D

I found it at a little shop in Toronto called Anime Extreme (I think). They had lots of cool stuff, and I happened to catch that behind the counter. I was hesitant to get it at first, because I hate spending money on anything (it's a weird hangup), but my boyfriend was all "fuck, if it's just $20, and it's your favorite, and the whole series, why not just go ahead and get the damn thing?"

So I did and it's glorious.

I still need to get the manga, though. I lost my original copies in a housefire a few years back. :(
