I won't mind if people like you leave me concrit.
But I will probably ignore it anyway, unless it's pointing out a plot hole or something I didn't know about the setting. Because most of times so-called concrit is a matter of personal preferences.

Also, you sound like someone who wants a degree in English litt. Usually, people with high ambitions about writing are terrible writers because they're self-absorbed in their own importance.

What the hell. Getting a degree in English Literature does not mean you're going to become a self-absorbed critic. Get your own head out of your ass.

While I wouldn't put it that harshly, I would say that there are people get so caught up in "proper grammar" and "the rules of writing" that they end up choking off any life from their story.

I'd rather read a grammatically incorrect story that engrosses me than a technically solid story that has no soul.
