(Anonymous) 2012-12-27 02:03 am (UTC)(link)Five (Peter Davison) was probably just as human as Ten, in terms of his compassion and vulnerability. He also had a similar ending in having to sacrifice himself to save his companion, Peri. Did he have any objections to this? None what so bloody ever. He let her take the cure and then died in her arms. Perfectly done.
