Well, I think understanding that rape-fantasy doesn't actually have anything to do with a real woman being brutally beaten and raped on a bus is the absolute bare minimum requirement to being able to say YKINMY with any sincerity ever. So, fail.

I can't stand rape in fiction, it upsets me, but I understand how people could get off on power dynamics and control and violation etc and that fiction is not the same as reality. As people have said, this is a really old argument...
