It's possible to enjoy a fantasy of something, when it's just fantasy or consensual roleplay, without finding it arousing when it's done non-consenusally in real life.

This. This exactly.

You get off to fictional incest? Does that mean thinking about fucking your irl relatives gets you off? Likely not. You get off to violence and knifeplay? Does that mean hearing about real life stabbings and brutally violent acts gets you off? Likely not.

Just because OP can't separate fantasy and reality doesn't mean the rest of us can't.
