Maaaaan, I hate to be the nitpicky one but- dude, it's Singapore, not Singapour.

Also, there's starting a dialogue and actually being willing to try to understand the other bloke's point of view and think about why they're like that, whether or not it's actually bad and/or harmful, and what would motivate them to change AND there's going hey you there, you suck and you should know you suck!

One of these is actually pretty effective communication, the other is being a dick. Three guesses as to which one you're doing, first two don't count.
