Re: virus removal?
(Anonymous) 2012-12-27 05:53 pm (UTC)(link)If they can't remove it for some reason but can detect it, copy the name, google it and find how to remove it manually.
Be prepared for the possibility of having to reformat your entire hard drive and lose anything not backed up, though.
(And on very, very rare occasions, be prepared for the possibility of them rare super viruses that jump reformats and linger forever and ever in the hard drive. It fucking ATE the free space in a few minutes. Gave me nightmares. D:)
