Yeah, the society that ASOIAF is set in is patriarchalic, but it's also portrayed to be falling apart horribly because of it, among other things. Rape isn't trivialized, it's often trivial to the people who live in that world, and that purposely makes it seem worse, imo. It's not described as a good thing, and characters who suffer rape are always portrayed sympathetically.
I also always felt that ASOIAF has too many varied, interesting female characters to be misogynistic. Characters like Sansa, Arya, Dany, Asha, and others have their own agendas and experience their own character development, and there's great secondary female characters like the Queen Of Thorns and Osha. I mean, yeah, there's definitely some gross fetishizing going on with some of the heroines, and I get if people take offense with that, but imo the mostly interesting arcs the characters have cancels that out.
