...Seriously, though, I know you're trying your best to support the OP, but your advice seems more geared toward protecting the guy from being preemptively labeled a rapist. The OP's friends might not have even been in the position to observe what was going on with him (we don't know how drunk they were).

That actually is a concern. Getting labeled a rapist, when it isn't clear if this is the guy she had sex with or if it was two equally drunken people having sex with her consent before the blackout, isn't exactly fair to the guy, because this kind of reputation follows you for a long time. It would be best for the OP to find out what happened before accusing anyone of rape.

What happened to innocent until proven guilty? Do you want to be known for being a rapist for something you didn't do?

Not really?

OP's problem is that she's talking to an internet forum that has no idea what actually happened and is jumping all over itself to give her the most culturally accepted advice or else someone like you will reaction image them.

She has to talk to an actual in-person person.

Fake rape accusations are actually terrible, but OP knows her situation better than anyone here including you and me.

Oh, Chard, White Knight of Fandom!Secrets. Never afraid to give out edgy advice, never afraid to call those SJWs and SJW-wannabes out on their...un-edginess.

Of course she has to talk to someone in real life, you idiot!
