(Anonymous) 2012-12-31 09:12 pm (UTC)(link)It's good. As with all of the Whoniverse it has to be viewed with a bucketful of suspension of disbelief.
But it's consistently good, and waaay better than one would expect with such a tiny budget! I think it works because it's less about wacky aliens and is much more character-based... It's sometimes quite emotional in a very relateable/realistic way. Half of the time the aliens are metaphors for a character's inner demons... which may or may not be your thing but I love it!
If you do give it a go, hope you enjoy it!
