My feelings on Dragon Age 2 are complicated. That game was a damn mess when it came out and I haven't played much of it since, so I can't comment on that aspect of it (hopefully they've fixed the romance glitches? Out of all the glitches those bothered me the most), but I do think it's a good (if repetitive) game with some interesting characters. The story can be aggravating at times, and it's vastly different from the first imo (less exploration, etc), but as long as you're open to change you'll probably be fine.
