lol. I've never seen anyone say that she is like some political genius.

I think Robb would have done well to listen to her more than he did. I think she's clever and generally has a good understanding of what is going on. But obviously she's not like on the level of Varys or Littlefinger or Tywin when it comes to politics.

I don't know why anyone expects her to be on the level of Varys or Littlefinger with that kind of political savvy. She's a good match for Nedd Stark, not a Lannister.

I don't think the OP was saying she should have been on the same level as Varys or Littlefinger. Just that her stans act like she was, and the OP didn't agree with that.

Oh, I agree with the OP. I'm surprised there is anyone who thinks she is expected to be like Varys or Littlefinger when there is no IC reason for her to be like them.

Well, there are plenty of people who seem to think everything would have been perfect and flawless and wonderful if everyone had just listened to her. I've lost count of the number of times I've seen her hardcore fans insist that Robb lost the war solely because he didn't listen to his mother. Because apparently her advice was so consistently stellar and amazing and flaw-free that surely victory would have been inevitable!

And then there are the fans who honestly think she would have been the best choice for the Iron Throne. Now that truly deserves a "lol."

You might want to keep this in mind next time someone has the audacity to say they think Jon Snow is a good leader, and you go off on a rant about how his stans think he's so perfect and free of flaws and blah blah blah. This may come as a shock to you, but saying he is a good leader =/= "omg he's so perfect and is the best leader and never makes mistakes."

When Jon fans read comments like that, believe me, they seem just as silly and lol-worthy to them as this secret seems to you.
