Not just to the OP:

Honest question, how would this actually work in reality?

Do you envisage RP'ing as RL/fictional siblings that you ship? Would you simply be calling each other 'brother' and 'sister'?

I'm genuinely curious; it's not my kink, but I can imagine daddy/daughter etc. scenarios because of the power dynamic, but I can't see what's significant about a sibling relationship other than the fact that they are siblings, and so I can't imagine how it would play out. How would you show rather than tell, as it were?

Not OP, but I'd imagine it'd be with a lot of "telling." Maybe with a roleplay scenario where you'd be something like "I know this is wrong because your my brother, but I'm so attracted to you, I want you to fuck me" etc etc.

I'm female with the same fictional kink, and that's how my SO and I usually do it, with lots of use of appellations rather than names (wonderfully easy when you're into Japanese fandoms, where sometimes the only thing a younger sibling calls the older is "Neesan"/"Oniisama"/other sibling designation).

Ok, I can see that. I'd initially imagined that that sort of idea would be a separate thing, sort of incest shaming kink, but actually thinking about it, I imagine the forbidden nature is an important part of it.
