Anyone who's not seen that movie is totally missing out. Rutger Hauer and Michelle Pfeiffer and evil priest and SWORDS.

Ayrt. I know, I'm not usually a big fan of romantic movies, but something about this just clicked for me. Even the 80's soundtrack never gets old.

I'm the same way with not usually being huge on romance. I think it's because the romance works for the setting and the characters are really strong on their own. You just find yourself rooting for them.

I could never determine who was prettier in that film; Hauer or Pfeiffer. God, that was some prettiness there.
