Sky Captain And The World Of Tomorrow.

It's bad, but to me, it's good!

I kind of agree. It's really a gorgeous-looking film, with an interesting soft focus and lighting, and I love it's homage to the 1930's pulps. And come on - for the side characters, it's got Laurence Freakin' Olivier, and Angelina Jolie wearing an eyepatch! Even the excessively peculiar ending of "lens cap" is kind of endearing to me. As a whole, I felt the film didn't really come together enough, and yet, there's enough interesting in all of its parts to make up for it. (Apparently, I have more thoughts on this than I thought.) XD

That movie is so bad

I moved into an apartment once where the previous tenants left behind, like, 3 DVDs, out of which 2 worked - Sky Captain and Serenity. And the summer I moved there I had basically nothing to do and then my laptop broke so I watched Serenity on my portable DVD player. And then Sky Captain. And then Serenity's directory commentary. And then Sky Captain's commentaries. All 3 of them. And I feel safe in saying - that movie is so bad
