TBH I'm not sure why you are trying to mix your RL search for a girlfriend with your kink for incest. Even if you find a woman, she won't be your actual sister. And that family feeling will eventually come when you've been with her long enough.

But if you are looking, I'd suggest you go to various sci-fi, anime cons, role playing communities, and other places online and off where female fandom nerds hang out and find some women who just enjoy fannish activities. She may not share your kink for fictional brother/sister incest, but she will be familiar enough with kinks not to judge you for it. Pick a character with a suspiciously close relationship with his sister and role play him.

But in general go looking for a woman not a prop for your kink.
