How about a proposition?

All yaoi fans and het fans start policing their own? Don't want to be considered part of a 'rabid fan' of your chosen sexual genre? Start coming down on those who show their ass within your own ranks and tell them please to be shutting up now kthnx.

this idiocy of 'omg not all [yaoi/het/yuri/gen/eggplant] fans are rabid!' does nothing but make the division wider.
