I'm not denying they're mostly about shipping. I'm denying they're mostly about slash. Yes, there are a lot of large slash fandoms out there. But there are also a lot of large het fandoms as well.

And NCIS? Have you been hiding under a rock? Really? You are really not aware of the Tiva craze?

I will also give you AO3, where Tibbs has 1049 fics, while Tiva has....251.

Dude, no one goes by the AO3 standard. It's all about ff.net. That's the biggest fic database. Tiva has twice as much as Tibbs there. 7,000 to 3,000 or something like that. No contest.

ehhh, ok. I will concede that to you. It's been a long time since I was active in NCIS fandom, anyway, plus I was a Tibbs fan, so my perspective is undeniably skewed in that direction.
