I can tell you from experience that finding the right therapist can take time and trial. I went through four before finding the one I have now and she has made an amazing difference to me.
Hang in there and I hope things get better for you soon. I hope you can find a way to meet people who have similar interests to you irl. You could always try searching for big groups of people who share your fandoms/interests and seeing if there is any kind of organized meetup/convention/network for specific geographical areas? I know a few of my fandoms have things like that.
