If it acted as a way to "mind-wipe" people, yeah, I could see it (which would be fun to explore in fic ngl), but I don't think that's how it works. I don't think that that's how it works, though. In all the cases we see, it doesn't force anyone to act differently then they would, it just brings their willingness to have fun to the surface, they still act like themselves.

And, granted this is just speculation, but I thought that what Jack's snowball did to Bunnymund was remind him of why he became a Guardian in the first place, why he cared so much about protecting children, rather then seeing them in kind of an abstract "I'm too busy to actually interact with them, but I'm trying to care for them" kind of way.

I agree, it doesn't change who you are, it just gets you to lighten up. It's worth noting that he nails Pitch right in the face with a snowball and it has no effect on him whatsoever.

Exactly! Bunny still is Bunny, even though he's friendlier to Sophie, and he isn't so tense about her being in the Warren, he treats her like she actually is; a small curious kid, and not like she's some weird alien invader.

Yeah, exactly. Bunny clearly LIKES kids or he wouldn't be doing this job (and he wouldn't be a Guardian, either), but, as Jack notes, he's not really interacted much with them lately and needs to be reminded what it's like.

But yes, there's nothing I can really say to this comment that wouldn't sound redundant, and maybe kind of weird, so I'm going to say simply that I agree with you, and leave it at that.
