"Actors" makes me think it's not the show. It could be special features off DVDs or convention footage, maybe, but... Isn't this the show where people were showing up at filming locations and creeping cast and crew the hell out?

Yup, it's Merlin. A lot of the filming is (or was) done at Pierrefonds, a French castle that's open to the public. Somehow the fans get wind of when the filming starts, and show up to follow the cast around. I think they were mainly well-behaved, but at least one of the actors commented that it's difficult to concentrate on a scene when hundreds of people are watching you intently.

This isn't related to the secret here really but I am surprised there have been no finale related secrets yet. I was expecting them any time now.

I'm not really heavily involved in the fandom so can't say much to help you out here OP. Other than to say I get why that would be annoying.

Can you copyright those? I imagine you are broadcasting video of the actors without their permission. I doubt they really belong to the fan in that situation, especially if you broadcast them rather than just keep them at home for private stalking fodder.

I'm... actually not sure. I know under US copyright law, if you write/draw/film something, you automatically have copyright. I'm pretty sure photographs of people in public places also qualify, or else paparazzi wouldn't be able to get any work done. On the other hand, actors have some sort of control over their "brand", although I couldn't tell you what. And none of this would be in the US anyway, so I don't know what the relevant laws are.

I believe that as long as you're not making a video of another video, if you make the video yourself you are not infringing on anyone else's copyright.

Hell, I don't know. This crap is confusing.

I've got absolutely no dog in this hunt (I am not a fantasy fan in any respect of the word), but I keep seeing this same comment about this same kid over and over again and all I can think is http://ghr.nlm.nih.gov/condition=williams-syndrome

That's just based on the picture mind I'm sure the kid is fully-functioning mentally, etcetera.

AFAIK, it hasn't aired in North America yet. The first part showed tonight on Space--Canada--but I only marginally paid attention while it was on. Then suddenly I looked at the television, and there was an Asgard http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Asgard_(Stargate) in a cave with nekkid Knights of the Round Table pretending to be asleep, while it stood over them and made weird noises.

....I turned it off at that point. Oh, and I also saw one bit where Arthur and Merlin were caught in a net and left overnight. Though I do wonder what I've missed, in the ensuing three seasons I haven't seen.....
