So, I think this is yet another complaint about people redistributing fan-made video without permission or credit? Only instead of fanvids, it's stalkerazzi videos?

I assumed they were talking about clips they'd taken from a show, not the actors.

"Actors" makes me think it's not the show. It could be special features off DVDs or convention footage, maybe, but... Isn't this the show where people were showing up at filming locations and creeping cast and crew the hell out?

Yup, it's Merlin. A lot of the filming is (or was) done at Pierrefonds, a French castle that's open to the public. Somehow the fans get wind of when the filming starts, and show up to follow the cast around. I think they were mainly well-behaved, but at least one of the actors commented that it's difficult to concentrate on a scene when hundreds of people are watching you intently.
