I'm not frantic about minors reading my fic, which is no worse than published stuff a minor could legally buy. But the idea of actually RPing smut with a minor skeeves the hell out of me. I guess it's all for the good that I don't RP.

Fwiw I tried RPing smut as a high-school aged minor and I was fucking terrible at it, so you could probably tell if you were RPing with a minor, should you choose to get into it. I also got into some skeevy cybering situations a couple times. And looking back, I now understand where you're coming from. It feels, at least to me, way too intimate a relationship to have with a minor (the writing relationship, that is).

I'm not sure what the point of this comment was, I just felt compelled to post it. Sorry.

The intimacy factor is exactly the reason why I have no issue with minors reading porn, but I have absolutely no desire to RP smut with them. With fic, it's already there and done, but RP is so interactive and at times can be like borderline cybering.
