Bruce Banner blushing. (Most people blushing, actually, except for a select few characters, but Bruce is the one that bugs me the most.)

And general downgrading of various characters' badassery in order to woobify them. I love H/C fic as much as the next person, but the hurt person doesn't necessarily have to be helpless and weeping.

And any Teen Wolf fic that involves 'mates'.

Ugh, Teen Wolf fic...the mates thing drives me up the wall, but at least that's somewhat canon (if you go by the tie-in book). What gets to me is pack-mom Stiles. Really all the pack dynamics as they tend to show up in fic are off: Allison and Lydia, especially, are not going to be joining up any time soon, and Scott is definitely not either.

Ugh, yes, I hate pack-mom Stiles with the burning passion of a thousand suns. Thankfully I don't encounter it in fic because I don't ship or read Sterek, but it's all over the Tumblr fandom anyway. I don't get where it comes from at all; not only is it extremely OOC for Stiles, it just generally points to the horrible attitudes of the fandom as a whole. As for the whole 'big happy pack' thing...did people miss the part where Scott has been refusing to trust and join Derek for two seasons? Or the part where Allison is a hunter's daughter? Or where Lydia got terrorized and psychologically fucked up by Peter?

I mean, I genuinely wonder whether some writers have even watched the show at all.

Yes, and I don't think that the other wolves would be insane enough to let Allison join. It's only a matter of time before she goes nuts again. Lydia has no reason to join either. As far as she's considered, they've all tried to kill her.

On the subject of Bruce Banner: Tony being twice as smart as Bruce, and being able to learn everything Bruce can do in like a week...
