It exists, it's just difficult to find. I don't have useful recs atm, because it doesn't go with my current interests. Check AO3, check aff, check Disney kink, think about pairings that are popular for other reasons like having hot actors in both roles or coming from animanga (which doesn't draw such a huge distinction between children and adults), and ask yourself if it has to be a bio parent or you could get the same dynamics from guardian/ward.
