I think most people have some sort of kink that is a big, fat "NO WAY" for them. You're definitely not the only one who disliked the a/b/o stuff because of the whole biologically-defined-roles and dub/non-con, either. I actually enjoy some of it--especially the stuff with the more thorough world-building that really delves into the politics of it or explores the inherent consent issues. I can see why it would be irritating if you didn't like it, though, given that it's gained popularity in several of the bigger fandoms, so it does seem like it's everywhere.
