There, I just wanted to tell someone about it.

It's a pretty common ailment to have. Do you have medication for it? Don't forget to keep your hands and feet warm in winter!
no subject
Yeah, apparently it's pretty common and not very life-threatening, so I guess I just have to deal with it.
I have aspirin and another kind of medication, the name of which I have forgotten. But I refuse to sleep with socks, I just can't!

it works really well, but after a while even with careful microwaving the rice started to burn and smell was kinda unpleasant to me, so I made a new one.
I also made some covers for mine with fleece. It helps keep the sock itself clean longer, I just really like how the fleece feels on my feet.

I don't know much about it, but it sounds like it's not too tough to manage? (If that's the case, then yay! At least you won't have to fret over it too much.)
And if you don't get sick often, then you're probably healthy beside this, which again, is good!
So that's something at least.
Good luck with everything!

Yeah, it's pretty manageable. I just have to stay warm and watch what I eat. It just makes it harder to get things done.

Any kind of health condition does, so I feel you. :/ Maybe you'll adjust quickly though? I guess that's the best thing to hope for.

(Anonymous) 2013-01-07 12:44 am (UTC)(link)http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flavonoid
this stuff has helped me with circulation like woah
GNC used to sell tables called "Citrus Bioflavonoids Complex 1000" that really, really worked fast, but I've been told they were discontinued
but you can still get that from actual foodstuff

I hope you get better, and yeah, having news like these broken out of nowhere sucks :(

I'm going to eat grapefruit for breakfast tomorrow, along with a big cup of tea. Yay flavonoids!

(Anonymous) 2013-01-07 04:11 am (UTC)(link)also, I'm truly unsure if this would help you, but eating food rich in potassium helps with cramps:

and supposedly helps lower blood pressure, so it might be worth looking into? (or maybe asking your doctor, at least?)
